Iraq may open air cargo links with Bahrain

THE Iraqi ambassador to Bahrain, Ghassan Mohsen, has announced the Iraq-Bahrain Committee will hold talks before December to formulate an air cargo agreement.

Mr Mohsen said that a draft agreement prepared by the parties had been reviewed by the ministries in Iraq, reports Bahrain News Agency, BNA.

He added that a number of companies in Bahrain had approached the embassy with a proposal to activate the Manama-Baghdad aviation sector.
