Lufthansa sends Kratky to take over Jade as caretaker GM

NEW appointments will be been made at Lufthansa Cargo following Kay Kratky's New Year's move to the joint venture Shenzhen-based Jade Cargo as caretaker general manager.

Claus Richter will assume the vacancy as vice-president of transport management and flight operations at Lufthansa Cargo. He was formerly manager of operational support and deputy manager of flight operations of Lufthansa Passage Airline.

Hjoerdis Stahl, of the Frankfurt-based Lufthansa Cargo's handling organisation, will leave the company at her own request. A decision on her successor will be announced shortly.
