A total of 27 operations took place, during which 46.237 shares exchanged owners. The total turnover of the shares was EEK 392,535.
The price of share fell to EEK 8.45. Even though in the start of last week the price was even lower – at EEK 7.85 – then the small rise on Tuesday was evened out after Estonian Seamen’s Independent Union (EMSA) announced a warning strike to demand higher wages to Tallink employees.
The warning strike that took place today at 13 o’clock influenced Baltic Princess, Victoria, and Superstar crews in Tallinn Port, Star crew at Helsinki, and Romantika crew at Stockholm. Together with the crews on strike, more than 400 people gathered to the D-terminal of Tallinn Port today.
Tallink hasn’t commented anything about the strike to bourse.
