Jan. 9, 2007 - Odyssey Logistics & Technology Appoints Chief Commercial Officer

DANBURY, Conn. - Jan. 9, 2007 - Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation, a global logistics and transportation service provider for chemical and process manufacturers, announced today that Denis Bruncak has joined the Odyssey senior management team as the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). As CCO, Bruncak will be responsible for leading Odyssey’s new business development activities on a global level.

Mr. Bruncak brings more than 30 years of management, operating and commercial experience in the transportation and logistics industry to Odyssey. He was a founding member of Rail Van Inc., a logistics and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) organization, where he served as CEO and was instrumental in driving revenues from $14 million to over $500 million between 1985 and 2000. His responsibilities included portfolio design, business development, as well as sales and marketing of all BPO services.

In 2000, Rail Van Inc. was purchased by Pacer International (PACR), where Bruncak remained to serve as Senior Vice President of Public Relations and the retail division’s Chief Commercial Officer. During his time at Pacer, he spearheaded the commercial sales team for all retail business units and maintained and grew retail logistics services. In addition Bruncak directed the preparation and presentation of the company's retail commercial, strategic and cross business unit recommendations to business unit leaders, customers and analysts.
