Free Trade Zone Examination & Verification Process

I. An operating network system for processing trade has been set up by the Free Trade Zone. This will allow Customs to do examinations and verifications which means that at any one time a client's incoming, outgoing, storage and unit cost of entities can be examined & verified.

II. Documents to be provided: written application for approval, documents (declaration forms for handbook verification, transmit trade sheets), general data sheet, storage list, unit cost form, verification balance sheet and other relevant documents needed for customs's verification.

III. The client should send relevant data to Customs through the client Operating System. (Download the form from the system, fill it in and upload it.)
