PB Logistics expands in Leicester

PB Logistics has increased its garment capacity to more than three million units in November, due to a customised hanging storage solution installed by SDI Greenstone.

The automated system has significantly increased storage space at PB Logistics’ Leicester Distribution Centre by an additional capacity of 1.5 million units.

The Leicester DC has also extended its warehousing service to include new steam tunnelling and hand finishing facilities, making it one of the biggest and technologically advanced logistics depots in the UK.

PB Logistics has more than two million square feet of storage, handling and distribution space, EDI links with twenty of the UK’s top retailers, and despatches more than 160 million units to more than thirty high street retailers.
