QINZHOU port in Guangxi handled 3 million tons of cargo in the first seven months of this year, a year-on-year growth of 75.8 per cent, Xinhua reported.
The January-July cargo volume of Qinzhou port valued at US$416.9 million, increasing 56.1 per cent year on year, the report said.
Imports surged 63.6 per cent to 2.814 million tons, while exports up 45.5 per cent to 212,000 tons.
The port handled 3,726 vessels engaged in foreign trade during the seven months, an increase of 38.15 per cent, the report said.
