Sinotrans acquires Chongqing Shuangyuan Logistics Co

Sinotrans has entered an agreement to buy all of Chongqing Shuangyuan Logistics Co Ltd, a logistics service provider based in the southwest city of Chongqing on the upper Yangtze, Xinhua News Agency reported.

By acquiring Shuangyuan Logistics, Sinotrans secured 11.3 hectares at Chongqing's Cuntan Port, which will be used for building stack yard and warehouses, adding capacity to Sinotrans's logistics service in the southwest China region.
