Cargolux Airlines International S.A., Europe's largest all-cargo airline, has added a second weekly service between its home base in Luxembourg and Miami, and will introduce more capacity from Asia to Vienna in Austria from mid-September.
The second Miami service has been operational since July 24 and is operated out of Luxembourg on Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. with arrival at Miami at 7:15 p.m. All times are local. The flight then continues on to Houston before returning to Europe.
Cargolux offers connections on through airway-bill to destinations like Manaus, Caracas and Lima. The airline also offers additional trucking services from Los Angeles to Houston.
In a separate development, following the introduction of all-cargo services from Asia directly into Vienna in mid-June, Cargolux is to start a second weekly frequency, effective Sept. 15.
The new flight is to be operated every Monday out of Hong Kong, departing at 9:35 a.m. local, with arrival in Vienna at 5:20 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Departure from Vienna is at 7:05 p.m. with arrival in Luxembourg same day at 8:45 p.m.
