Austrian transport and logistics group cargo-partner has expanded its presence in Eastern European with two new offices in Poland and one in Ukraine.
The new Polish locations are in Poznan and Wroclav with a logistics office in Pruszkow to come in the fall.
"Poland has developed into an extremely important market, also in the logistics industry. Not only the air freight transport emergence increases constantly, also the sea freight business develops significantly. With henceforth six locations, we offer our customers a highly powerful network, in particular concerning overseas-transports," said Stefan Krauter, head of cargo-partner.
The firm's third office in Ukraine is located in Lviv. "With the gradual improvement of the purchasing power in the Ukraine, there will also be a significant rise in imports from Asia, at large part per sea freight," Krauter said. "In the future, the Ukraine will be among the most important strategic markets for the European economy."
The cargo-partner group is represented by 58 offices in 15 European countries with more than 1,200 employees while its holding company has 23 offices with 250 employees in India and China.
