Port of Tianjin box volume rises 20 pc in first three quarters

PORT of Tianjin handled 5.2 million TEU during the first three quarters of this year, increasing 20.4 per cent over the same period a year ago, Logistics Week reported.

Meanwhile, cargo handled by the port reached to 240 million tons, up 22.8 per cent.

Port of Tianjin has so far been operating more than 100 shipping lines to some 400 ports in over 180 countries and regions.
