ProLogis Hangzhou logistics park first phase construction ends

THE first phase of ProLogis' Hangzhou logistics park has been completed while the second phase project has started construction on the same day, Xinhua reported.

The facility costs US$54 billion to build. The first phase started construction in January, comprising three logistics centres, covering a floor area of 47,000 square metres. The second phase, which has the same size as the first, is expected to be finished next August.

The ProLogis Park Hangzhou is located inside the Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Area, near the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Hangzhou Outer Ring Road.
