Hanjin Shipping has announced the launch of its CKA (China-Korea-Australia) service, which will replace current NCA (North Asia-China-Australia) starting from early May. CKA will be jointly operated by Hanjin Shipping, Sinotrans, STX Pan Ocean, and Heung-A Shipping.

Most significant changes are that Hong Kong is being replaced by Ningbo, which will not only broaden the gateway between North China and Australia but also save current transit time by 1 day.

Moreover, slot for Hanjin Shipping will be increased in this service to cover up the growing volume in the Australian market.

Hanjin Shipping expects that the launch of CKA service as well as the addition of its slot in the service will satisfy its customers§Ò§á needs growing along with the emerging Australian market.
