The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) is considering nominations for the group's 'Hall of Fame.'
TIACA members and industry organisations may nominate individuals to be considered for the Hall of Fame by going to www.tiaca.org
Questions such as which air cargo industry leaders, past or present, have played a pivotal role in the development of the industry through their foresight, performance and dedication will have to be tackled in order to find a recipient of this prestigious accolade.
A statement from TIACA said the closing date for nominations for the 2008 award is October 31. The recipient(s) will be formally recognised by TIACA next May at its award dinner during the executive conference and AGM in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This year, TIACA honoured Chris Foyle, chairman and founder of Air Foyle for his innovative and professional leadership in the air cargo industry. The association has honoured 38 air cargo leaders since the Hall of Fame was established in 1997.
